The Invisible Hand

Invisible Hand Foundation founder Matthew D. Burton will be traveling to Haiti on March 21st for an on-site visit and tour of the new Health Clinic in Haiti.

The security wall is scheduled to be completed by the end of this month or the early part of February.

Plans for the clinic have been finalized and at-cost suppliers of medical equipment have been tracked down.

Things are shaping up nicely, and Invisible Hand Foundation founder Matthew D. Burton is planning a trip to check the progress.

Martin Hawley – Executive Director of Reformation Hope – has shared photos of a similar clinic that was built in Honduras.  Again, this is not the clinic in Haiti, but it meets the specs of our project according to the architect.

The planning of the wall is complete and building has commenced.  The tentative start date for the construction of the clinic itself is February 2013.

The land for the La Plaine/Marin health clinic has been acquired and deeded to Reformation Hope.  Construction on a protective wall is expected to begin in September while medical experts in the United States commence the planning and design phase of the facility’s development.

The Invisible Hand Foundation has begun its funding to Reformation Hope and the partnership is underway.  Step one is the acquisition of land for the health clinic.

The Haiti Health Project:

In conjunction with Reformation Hope, Inc., the Invisible Hand Foundation is proud to announce a commitment to funding the Telehealth Medical Clinic Project.

This project will oversee the construction and continued operation of a permanent clinic facility in La Plaine, Haiti.  Located adjacent to an orphanage this project will benefit not only the local orphanage but the entire community.  The ultimate goal is to transform healthcare in Haiti.

The funding stage of this project is now complete and the purchase of the land is being aggressively pursued.
